I hold a BFA in painting and printmaking from Guilford College. After more than 25 years in the business world I earned a Masters in Art Education from Tufts School of the Museum of Fine Arts in 2015. Art-making and teaching are the main threads of my practice. Art has the power to build positive community, and I am grateful that students, parents, artists and art-lovers have enthusiastically supported my art, my teaching, and our shared community. I teach adults and teens in my studio, at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston and elsewhere.
